She has been coaching since 2003 and founded Cave Training in 2020, an inclusive micro gym built on community, connection, and purpose. Nikki is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, BirthFit Coach and Leader, AFAA and NCEP Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Strongman Certified, and a Holistic Nutrition Coach. She works with athletes of all levels, from postpartum mamas to high school athletes to everyday humans who want to move well, get strong, and feel at home in their body. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Nikki in nature, hiking, lifting heavy things, jumping into ice baths, loving on babies, or spending time with her people. She dislikes socks, ketchup, and lack of follow through. Now training full time, he’s been certified through multiple agencies including NASM, USA Powerlifting and ISSA. He specializes in injury rehabilitation and ingraining proper movement patterns, and has worked with athletes, actors and influencers (and hated most of that), focusing on both the physical and nutritional aspects of training. The powerlifting competitors he coaches are currently gunning for state records.
