We are launching a new run of our Life Spark Challenge.
Join us for 6 weeks of;
Fitness (scheduled/coached in person classes or online programming)
Nutrition (Paleo-Macro and Micro nutrient focus)
Physical/Personal Goals (daily habit focus)
Sleep
Rest/Recovery
We want to help you set some goals and reach them as we spark forward into these 6 weeks together as a community at The Babe Cave. Coach Nikki, Kelly and Taylor will help you personally customize your personal Life Spark Plan.
NON-Members $229
you will receive;
2 months unlimited membership of in-person small group classes
1 “Life Spark Challenge” packet Including the guides, logs, and tracking journal
1 challenge set up check in and check out session-measurements, BMI, and goal setting led by a Coach.
Constant group support via private group access where we will share recipes, do daily check ins, and extra credit items
