With over 20 years of Coaching Experience

Nikki, began her love for training as young athlete on the soccer field. She enjoyed the aspect of team sports, while at the same time developing her love for leadership as a keeper.

Nikki began coaching in 2003, teaching group training as well as developing people individually through personal training. Her love for healing, empowering and honoring the motherhood transition became apparent after regaining her own strength + fitness postpartum, after recovering from a long journey of postpartum depression+ eating disorder.

Nikki has trained over 200 pre+ postnatal clients, up to date, and it brings her tremendous joy to see her Community at Cave Training thrive, through fitness + wellness.

She enjoys being in nature, ice baths, hiking, lifting weights, boxing, loving on babies, and spending time with her loved ones. She dislikes socks, ketchup and lack of follow through. You can catch Nikki at the Cave ready to show you what a little hippie + a little hood look like as a couplet -

KELLY BOEK

Coach

Training in CrossFit as an athlete for 7 years set Kelly up to know the ins and outs of what it’s like to train as a beginner, starting from the bottom, to now being a developed, seasoned athlete. She really knows how to see everyone where they are at and coach them accordingly.

After obtaining her CF L1 training and also many years of leading teams and volunteers, Kelly jumped into Coaching at The Babe Cave in the summer of 2020.

Kelly loves supporting our athletes by pushing them to reach new goals and encouraging their challenges to become their strengths.

Kelly is a Mama of (3) she trained throughout her pregnancies!

Ben Herron

Coach

Ben started training for fun a decade ago while hating his 9-5 corporate existence. Now training full time, he’s been certified through multiple agencies including NASM, USA Powerlifting and ISSA. He specializes in injury rehabilitation and ingraining proper movement patterns, and has worked with athletes, actors and influencers (and hated most of that), focusing on both the physical and nutritional aspects of training. The powerlifting competitors he coaches are currently gunning for state records.
